4th Pop-up 和食 dinner by Team Sozai
Hope this post finds you well. Summer is back in Montreal! I've been enjoying practicing yoga outside under the colourful leaves.
It has been a couple of weeks since we did our fourth pop-up event in August. Thanks for those who came to try our vegan gluten-free Japanese cuisine. If you missed the event, the next one will come soon. So stay tuned!
I'd like to share some photos which my talented friend Roxane captured the event.
Amazake : multigrain rice and ginger
Ceviche : eggplant, bok choy, tomato and red pepper
Corn soup : corn, brown miso, herb oil and chili
Tempura soba : zucchini flower, mountain yam, dashi, togarashi, coriander
