My eczema story and workshop

How is your April going? We had some beautiful and warm days here in Montreal, but it is still chilly. With all the seasonal changes, have you noticed any changes in your mind and body? Are you struggling with seasonal allergies or skin issues?
Actually, I've been struggling with facial eczema since last January. And I couldn't exactly pinpoint what had caused the flare-up. As you know, our body is so complex. I was tirelessly trying to figure out the cause in the beginning. Then I noticed that I was so stressed and preoccupied with just trying to eliminate the symptoms, instead of listening to my mind and body. Thanks for Tony Eng, an amazing bodyworker and co-author of ''THAI-ing it all up!'', I came back to myself, and focused on listening and accepting my mind and body.
After four-months of experimentation and observation of my mind body, I've found a couple of interesting reactions which relates to what I eat. Every time my mind flies away from myself, I end up coming back to ''mindfulness'', especially eating.
I've tried a couple of cleanse programs before: 30-day, 7-day or weekend cleanse programs with plant-based, raw food, juicing etc. After these great experiences, I'm enjoying more good clean eating in my daily life, rather than extreme cleanse programs. I feel it is more reasonable and suitable to my life style for the moment.

Spring is the transitioning time, from Winter to Summer. Our mind and body are doing some major clean-ups, same as we do for our home spring-cleaning. It symbolizes a great opportunity for adjusting or starting something new.
I'm hosting a ''Spring detox'' workshop with my best friend and business partner, Gisele.
We are sharing our tips for daily detox (mental, physical and emotional), and how to make a clean and nutritious meal plan. I'll demonstrate how to prep meals quick and some easy cooking. It will be a very casual style workshop, so if you have any questions or concerns on plant-based diet, budget, time... it would be our pleasure to answer through our personal experiences. Note this is not just a 15-day detox, it is a creative, simple, manageable and sustainable lifestyle approach you will want to adopt forever!
